I can not properly express how impressed I was with them !! Darya went above and beyond at everything, delivering a world class gift basket, on time, as promised. They over-communicated every step of the way. I was sending a time sensitive basket from NJ to Tahoe, found them online and they went above and beyond my expectations, they even delivered through major storms, possible avalanche warnings too!!! If you have a need for gift/welcome baskets in this area, do NOT go anywhere else. I have been in the hospitality/customer service industry for over 40 years, and this is one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had!
